If you have a gap in your day and you need to take a break to stretch, rebalance, or play a game with your kids
- we encourage it!
— Working Hours —
Now that we are working 100% remote, core working hours are 9:30am-4:00pm.
That means that meetings during this time are fair game – but it does not mean you must sit at your desk straight for those hours. If you have a gap in your day and you need to take a break to stretch, rebalance, or play a game with your kids please don’t feel that you cannot take these mental wellness breaks, as a matter of fact, we encourage it! We also practice DND (Do Not Disturb) hours between 2 and 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday!

SensiGuard is Sensibill's alternate platform for reporting concerns confidentially. Please use SensiGuard to report a violation to our Standards of Conduct. Reporting violations are critical to ensuring Sensibill maintains the highest ethical standards.
You may also submit your concerns by emailing sensiguard@getsensibill.com.
Your identity will be protected, unless you choose to identify yourself or are required to for investigative purposes. Remember to be as specific as you can regarding where, when, and who was involved, while maintaining your anonymity as desired.

— Joint Health & Safety —
Committee (JHSC)
Sensibill’s JHSC acts as an advisory body that helps stimulate and raise awareness of health and safety issues in the workplace. The committee is responsible for recognizing and identifying risks and developing recommendations to the employer to address these risks.
If you identify a risk or hazard in the workplace, or witness an incident, please let a member of the JHSC know immediately so they can file an Accident Investigation Report. If you require First Aid, please reach out to one of our First Aid Certified committee members.

At Sensibill we use a few different tools that help keep us organized and secure. Listed below are our tools and a breakdown of main functions!
G-Suite consists of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs. We use G-Suite for email, file saving, and document creation.
Zoom is our chosen video conferencing software.
LastPass enables you to generate and maintain secure passwords for all internal software used.
ADP is used for HR resources and employee payroll.
Bamboo HR software collects and organizes all the information gathered throughout your employee life cycle with us.
Slack is the messaging software we use for internal communication - it’s how we stay connected, organize and exchange information between teams and company wide!
Lattice is used to manage and engage relationships within our teams. With Lattice you will have regular one-on-one’s with your manager.
